What all do you care while choosing your candles? Are you one among those who only looks on the price tags and chooses one of cheapest ones or aesthetically pleasing one, without considering any other things? But do you know what they are made of or how they affect you while they burn?
Have you ever noticed candles that does not mentions about what waxes or other ingredients are used in it? How could you trust them? Do you know what they are selling to you?
Have you came across candles made of PARAFFIN WAX? No...! DON'T...! Seen “SOY BLEND”? - The Pure CLICK BAIT - 90% of time, they are Paraffin - Soy blend, in which they don’t mention about the percentage of paraffin and soy. Its to be noted that even 95% Paraffin and 5% Soy could also be called as “SOY BLEND” LOL!

PARAFFIN wax is a byproduct of petroleum, therefore it releases VOCs (Volatile organic compounds) like Toluene and benzene, which reduces the indoor air quality and other harmful toxins. Also they produce more soot. So why do candle makers still use them, is not a question, because as we already mentioned it is a byproduct of petroleum, so they are too cheap and easily available.
So BURNING MECHANICS is not using it ?
NO and WILL NEVER. We don't even use Paraffin to coat the wick. That means 0% PARAFFIN. Putting forward such a vision of reminding you on caring yourself & on finding time to relax and later providing you with some toxin releasing machines is dishonesty and betrayal. We will never do that to you.We uses only 100% NATURAL and SUSTAINABLE waxes like SOY WAX and COCONUT WAX which are CLEAN BURNING WAXES which don't do any harm to you.They are made from natural materials like Soya beans and coconuts respectively. Also we not using some low grade, cheap waxes just for the label of "NATURAL WAX" as many does. We are using only certified, export quality waxes.
So thats all, right.? Using clean burning wax means its toxin free and safe...??
Again - NO.....What about the FRAGRANCES? Will it be safe if the fragrances are made of chemicals?
Pls don't worry about it, we are taking care of it too. We are using completely natural and safe fragrances in our candles. They are having only Natural essences and not any artificial laboratory made chemicals in them. All our fragrances are PHTHALATE - FREE (Phthalate is a chemical compound used in fragrances) , IFRA (International Fragrance Assossiation) certified and are of export quality.
And now the WICKS and the CONTAINERS, All our wicks are sustainable, eco - friendly wicks which are made of cotton and paper mix, which provides the best performance. All our containers are made and tested for bearing the heat to avoid the breakage while burning. So don't worry on any aspect of the product.
We are not only also responsible towards you but also towards the environment. So we have opted the most sustainable packaging which minimizes the usage of plastics and non biodegradables. But they are also of best quality to ensure that your candles reach you safely.
It takes two days to make each BURNING MECHANICS candle. And we insist a seven day cure time for each candle for perfect curing. Each of BURNING MECHANICS candle is made by proper calculations and perfected formulas.
We will never compromise on the quality of our raw materials for that extra margin. Also we will never take any short cuts on any processes that deviates from our expertised winning formula.

We don't use machines to make our candles. Our candles are Handpoured Artworks.

Each candle needs special care and dedication. It requires time and effort. To ensure proper care and attention for each candles, we don't make large batches.
Eventhough it takes two days to make each candles, we makes only small batches to retain the accuracy and quality.
Each candle you receive is Unique due to the limited production but all candles are Alike due to our expertise and experience
Why the name BURNING MECHANICS?
Burning or combustion’s mechanics, describe how a fuel reacts with an oxidizer to release heat, light, and reaction products like carbon dioxide and water. It involves both chemical reactions and physical processes such as heating, vaporizing, mixing and flame propagation. Burning requires proper ignition, fuel supply , heat transfer, mass transfer and many other factors. If any factors face any problem burning will be interrupted.
Coming to the case of scented candles, a good candle is a candle that burns well. The perfection and performance of a candle is determined in its burning. Perfect and complete burning of a candle shows the quality making of the candle. Incomplete burning causes soot and tunneling in candles . For making perfect candles each step in the making process must be done with atmost care and precision. Our candles are perfected by many permutations and combinations of all factors from selection of perfect wax to perfect temperatures for maximum efficiency and performance. So we don’t have any guess works regarding the proper burning of our candles , Because we had perfected the formulas through all the researches and tests. So our candles burns perfect in all aspects of the mechanics of burning. The name BURNING MECHANICS therefore represents the efforts we took for perfecting the burning of our candles.
